Repaint Cost of a mid size sedan

Respected members I have a very beautiful MITSUBISHI LANCER 1.3 GL 2006. My father bought this car in 2014 and drove it only 35000km and parked it and went abroad. We drove this car when he was not here. But we didn't kept it with care as it was driven by our driver. Now fast forward to now my father has gifted me this exact car to learn how to drive and it's my first car. Mechanically car is superb not problem whatsoever. Suspension is good too. The only thing it lacks is a good paint.

My car has a COOL METALLIC SILVER color on it CODE:A31 (MITSUBISHI). The paint is rough. The rear bumper has a lot of paint chipped. Front bumper has many scratches. On roof and trunk the clear coat is oxidized. I want to repaint my whole car. I was wondering if anyone of you know how much does it cost to get a good paint job done on my car and also tell me the cost. My city is FAISALABAD and I also live in LAHORE too. So please suggest.

Congratulations on getting your own first car. A bit of advice, don't get the car completely repainted. That will remove the car's original anti rust protection and will make the car body prone to rust in the future. Factory paint job usually lasts the lifetime of a car. If really needed, just get the bumpers painted from a good painter or from any Toyota, Honda or Suzuki dealership (they usually have good repaint facilities). For the rest of the body I would recommend a professionally done polish only. Repainting the whole car is a big no from me.

Can you post any close-ups? I would suggest only getting bumpers repainted and polish/touch-up/minor repainting to the other pieces and remove any small dents through dry denting. Recently about 2 weeks ago, a complete denting and painting job excluding the roof costed me about 60k for an Indus Corolla in black colour, the body was in pretty bad shape though it could be more expensive in twin cities or Lahore.

Congratulations on your first car. Lancers are a treat to own, especially the ones without any problems since the parts are expensive. About the paint job, sadly in Pakistan, painters can paint your car according to your budget. I know a guy who got his margalla painted for 25k, 2 weeks ago. The finish of that paint job speaks for the price whereas on the other hand, a proper paint job with all the essentials including the antirust treatment of the car will cost you a little over 100k but the quality will speak for itself. My car's original colour was vogue silver metallic but I've got it repainted in lunar silver metallic PEARL (added the pearls myself and the outcome is amazing)

Yes you're right about everything. Sir I also don't want to repaint the whole car. As paint on my car except bumpers is only oxidized i-e:- dull. I just want to repair that. And bumpers will obviously needs to be repainted as they can't be repaired by compound and polish.

Indeed brother Lancers are a treat. My car is 100% mechanically and i have just changed every single part of it's suspension too. Only thing I am concerned is paint as most of the time she was parked in garage's open side i-e:- near lawn. So overtime it's clear coat got oxidized. I was thinking about compound and polish and then a getting a it creamic coated. I shall get my bumpers painted from TOYOTA WALTON. By the way Your car is just awesome hats off to your hard work brother. Always love this gen of civic.

Yeah brand new headlights cost 20000rs. So that's an easy fix. Bumpers will get repainted too. But on hood wrapping won't give me the shine and metallic flaks of the paint so wrapping is a big no.
