• Assalam o Alaikum Gentlemen !

• I have 5a-fe powered Nissan Sunny 1998 model. Now I have planned to restore it and looking for some parts (Like Winshield Washer Pump, Radiator Bottle, Outer Door rubbing protection strips, Antenna, Glove compartment, Arm Rest, Trunk Mats, Inner Fender Splash ). So From where I can get these parts easily in Karachi in very reasonable price?

One thing is kindly install a Nissan engine when your are restoring the car.

You can most of the bits and bobs at Shershah Karachi but keep in mind not everything is available cheap and you will have to dig out stuff.!

bhai, shershah is the best place.

get all bits and pieces from there as u will find difficulty in location the above required parts.
u also need to clear ur headlights as well as a missing fenders shield as circled. as for the engine if it isnt giving any trouble then let it remain there,

this job will not be called a restoration but it is like putting new life in an old car by making it complete.

Nissan parts at any scrapyard are more expensive then any Toyota sedan car. in sher shah gali no 4 guy name is Guddu he specialise in Nissan parts pay a visit & check. Make sure you have picture of your car model from Internet. not the one u have, he may help for your requirement at reasonable price

Need Your suggestions guys.

This Toyota engine keeps troubling me.

1. It keep breaking CV joint.
2. Heat comes inside on long run.
3. Fuel consumption.
4. The first gear doesn't seem easy.

I went to mechanic, he diagnosed that engine is not mounted properly and axles are not through properly, forming slight angle from the transmission side, which results in breaking CV joints and axle. For which he said If the engine mount is going to be corrected then it need more modification, would result in cutting chassis.
Secondly, He said the engine is big enough for this engine bay. not suitable for long run.

So now, I am planning to get back to its original engine GA14DE.
What you guys suggest? Should I go for this or something else ?
Also mention costing for GA14DE and for other engine that you'll suggest !

Suggestions and advice are welcomed...

Swap in a ga15 or a QG15 in it and it would need expertise on wiring side.. Rest everything will be reverted back to oem specs.

Secondly I'm thinking for smaller engine, considering Fuel Economy, Parts availability and no more modifications on either side(mechanical or Electrical).
As it is my family car.

You should buy a small car than for a smaller engine...

For this chasis as suggested above these are the engines, no second third options...

Hooking up everything like

1)eccs relay
2)fuel pump relay
3)obd2 scanner port
4) vss connection
5)ac connection
6)electric load connection
7)blower connection
8)right mass air flow sensor nd grip

Etc
