I think all driving schools have separate female staff for ladies who want to be trained by females.
however, my wife also took lessons from a female instructor, but the result was very unsatisfactory : ( i don't know why but she didn't learn much from it.. and upon further advice (from females in the neighbors etc.) they all said get training from a male driver they teach better than females : ( (which of course was not an option for us too, hence my wife is still not able to get her license) : (
