@Aviator_pk
Bro, I would suggest you to just stick with 5w-30 grade / viscosity engine oil, from the next oil change. The manual speaks for itself.
When it is the preferred and recommended oil grade for your vehicle, then why go for 5w-40 (or above) slightly thicker oil grades? (Last 02 sentences in this picture are self-explanatory and speak for themselves)
Now, please refer to this picture regarding oil grades:
API CF-4, CF has been recommended, however, as per https://www.api.org/products-and-services/engine-oil/eolcs-categories-and-classifications/oil-categories#tab_diesel-c-categories , these are obsolete grades. The latest is CK-4, while current grades are CH-4, CI-4, CJ-4 and CK-4.
I don't know, why Toyota has mentioned an obsolete oil grade in this manual?
(CK-4 may not be used in place of CF-4 or CF, however, CH-4, CI-4, CJ-4 are all backward compatible with CF-4 and can be used where CF-4 is required. I would suggest to go for API CJ-4!, if going for API criteria)
Now coming towards ACEA B1, B3, B4, B5, as per https://www.acea.be/uploads/news_documents/ACEA_European_oil_sequences_2016.pdf , these categories are for Gasoline and Diesel Engine Oils with High SAPS (Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus, Sulphur).
You asked for DPF, for DPF, ACEA has categories C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5. C category stands for Catalyst & GPF/DPF compatible Engine Oils for Gasoline & Diesel Engines with Low SAPS
(If in your car's user manual, ACEA C1-C5 has not been mentioned, it means DPF/GPF realted oil grades does not apply to your engine, and your vehicle may be without DPF/GPF. You just need to stick with ACEA B1, B3, B4, B5)
Coming towards JASO DL-0, as per http://www.jalos.or.jp/onfile/pdf/DH_E1706.pdf , DL-0 classification was added in 2017 (it's one of the most recent and latest).
Just for information of all concerned.
I hope, it all helps. Thank you.
