Recently changed Honda Civic 2000 head gasket, now car won't start when hot

Please help me I had recently changed head gasket , piston rings, spark plugs, oil, oil filter , timing belt, and big end bearing near thrust collar in my 2000 manual Civic vti now my car runs fine but whenever engine is in working temperature car don't start and I have to wait 10 minutes before next start. Car start normally when cold. When hot the car self make noise and spins but it only does gurr gurr but car doesn't start. Please need help what shoud I do?

Serviced my self but no good

Someone suggested me to install one more starting relay but I am confused.

Check flywheel or pinion gear of starter ...it might be slipping

Dear brother it happens only when engine reaches it's operating temperature like after driving 3-4 minutes. Normally when engine is cold it starts without any problem. Does Slipping problem occur when engine is only hot ?

Does it crank normally when hot?

I just searched this problem on other forum and the most obvious cause can be bad main relay or an issue with ignition coil or distributer.

Check ur battery first

our mechanics dont know jack about
top dead center thing
they screw up the timing and all when assembling back the engine

Dear brother but I am confused because it started immidiately after I got work done on engine. My engine block was faced and a complete overhaul was carried out so I am not sure that it's electrical problem or what as before overhauling my car was starting without any issue when hot.

Brother I already checked battery seems ok because when car is cold it starts without any issue

Seems like starter solenoid doesn't work when car gets hot. It lifts the sprocket which rotates the flywheel. It will make grinding noise if sprocket not lifted all the way. Heat causes resistance to rise which decrease the efficiency of a coil.

Brother I have serviced my self and the mechanic said my self is good enough. I am confused and doubtful as this problem started after I got my engine overhauled could it be due to some lose wire
left or some wrong tappet clearance settings?

Please check main relay first then distributor and ignition coil

How does the mechanic set the timing? using timing gun or guess work?

Other issues wouldn't cause grinding which you mentioned before.
Yes because it was not warm at that time.
Starter problems usually start on warm engine.

The mechanic either installed oversize rings and once its heating and expanding it jams up. Just a possibility.
Tell me it cranks freely once it doesn't starts or its jamming the starter?
