Sahi baat hai, mai License ka Written Test denai 8:30 par ponch geya tha. File le kar banda kehta hai ab wait kare Test lenai wale bande 10 baje aate hai, test 10 baje shuru hoga. Ajeeb matlab file collection time 10 baje tak rakhte hai likin khud 10 baje shuru karke 12 baje kehtai hai ab kal ayye.
Aur uske baad jab driving test denai geya tou approx 11:30 par file di maine aur phir 3:45 par ja kar test howa mera. Is sab kai darmeyaan around 1:30 par kehnai lag gaye kai 4 baje tak ka time hai uske baad sab kal ayen test denai (I went on a wednesday and the next date was monday). I would've been very pissed If I didn't get my turn despite the fact that I was at their office at 8:30 with my file all ready for the test as I had gotten my File filled out and Medical done a day prior (I would've taken the test on the same day but they told me to come back another day as time was up)
All in all, it took me 3 days and a total of 15 hours of standing in lines and waiting to get my License. From getting my Learners the first day which took approx 3 hours, getting my File Filled out and Medical done the second day in approx 4 Hours, to the Written & Driving tests along with submitting the file on the third day which took me a whopping 8 hours to get done. At the very end of the third day they guy at the counter who I have to pay the courier charges to told me that the system wasn't working and I had to come in another day to submit the file and pay the TCS Courier charges, thankfully the system wasn't working for Renewal License's but it was working for Fresh Licenses. The process of getting the Learner, getting your Medical done, and taking the Written & Driving Tests were only 5 minutes each themselves, it was all the waiting in lines and the in-efficiency of the staff that slowed down the whole process.
