My internet connection was working fine on Sunday morning, then suddenly it stopped working on Sunday evening. The DSL light on the modem remains on but the Internet light remains off.
I called PTCL on Monday and they ran me through the modem configuration but the problem was not solved. Then they told me that it will be solved within 24 hours. I got an automated call from PTCL support on Tuesday saying that they have resolved the issue. However, the problem has still not been fixed. Internet light is still off on the modem.
I have tried resetting the modem (ZTE 831 series) but it hasn't worked.
Can I fix this problem myself or is it a problem at PTCL's end? Any help is appreciated.
