Jab phones import unregulated thi, kafi phones ka data nahi tha. Eventually after regulation they made all previous devices in Pakistam pta approved & compliant.
Second pic shows that this phone came after regulation, it was registered on behalf of some Pakistani Nic/passport holder. Because one phone is allowed to be registered at nic.
It was misused by FIA official initially, thats why it says buy at your own risk, its possible that it may be registered by unlawful means and in future they can block if it that person who registered claims he didnt registered it.
