Yeah 2JZGE is available everywhere for 80-85k, but twin turbo GTE model is almost non-existent locally at this time. There is a locally used engine with repainted tappet covers available in Gharibabad for 150k but I've heard from reliable sources the internals are messed up.
I bought mine for the same price 2 years ago. Look clean as a whistle but the turbos were leaking like crazy. Maybe the OP would have better luck sourcing one from Peshawar.
