so went to get it fixed today
he opened it up,cleaned wid petrol n changed all the seals n filled honda's oil
steering was fine after that n there was no leakage from pump, he showed himself plus i also rubbed hand under the pump
but on my way back i thought to check steering, moved to extreme ends on which it started to get hard, went back
he opened it up in quite detail but even then it was getting hard, after spending around an hour he finally fixed it somehow n shukar hai now its all well MASHALLAH without any issues
he said honda doesnt gives any guarentee, they just tell u directly to get a new pump for 5600rs or else if u go wid seals then no guarentee but he gave me a guarentee of 1 month 
he showed the quotation from honda which totalled 7.2k for same work
2500 for seals, 1040 for oil n 3500 for labour
now this leakage issue is fixed but there's leakage in its pipe joint as well 
which comes behind the air filter box side n whole pipe needs to b changed for that
he said new would be pretty expensive but kabli one will cost around 1600rs
now i just hope that leakage isnt much otherwise saddar ka chakar lagana hi parey ga
