I want to know what should be the ideal level of Power steering fluid??

It's written clearly. Two levels maximum and minimum. Oil should be in between.

Bhai if you are filling when the car is cold and standing for over a night then the max level should be at "cold max" marker.

Then it's fine... But you should just add some more to take it between cold min and cold max marker.
