Places to visit in Karachi

I m first time going to Karachi for a week. Want to know abt places to visit.

nice, Karachi is lovely city, in fact, i believe that after living there for more than a week you feel like living some where out of Pakistan.

there are some restricted beaches, if some member could guide to how to obtain access. & there are some beach points which are exclusive, but not many people know about them.

i only feel beaches are best places in KHI, but there are many you can tell us, which kind of places you would like to know about.

members here will guide you properly.

you can go to seaview.....
you can go to devil's point, near seaview, on sunday to catch car racing action...
you can visit the huge bagh ibne-qasim near seaview...
you can check out park towers mall near sea view...
you can check out the Forum mall at clifton...
Do eat out at BBQ tonite near seaview...
you can catch a flick at cineplex cinema at seaview...
you can visit the famous zamzama shopping strip...
there is the famous tariq road that has all the shopping places you can ever imagine...
for some bargain shopping, you can go to zainab market in saddar...
there is a new 3D cinema opening up in the newly constructed Atrium Mall in Saddar....you can catch the 3D version of the movie avatar there....
if you are with friends...you can take a boat ride and boat dinner in the arabian sea....these trips cost around 3000rs i guess including the food....

Karachi Port is also very attrective for outsiders and MANORA Beach is out class point go and eat fresh fish there and owsome view of manora you can go there from KEMARI by launch ...!

when you are in karachi dont stare some one ,dont go near the barrier of any street ,as security of each district is control by different people ,never take out your mobile or blue tooth device when you are out side other wise you have to watch (gone in 6sec,s)take care have a nice visit:D

Visit Quaid's Mazar & recite Fatehah.
Cry slowly & think what was bestowed to us by GOD & what we have done to our this beloved homeland.
Then start exploring this city
Beaches, Zoo, eateries , gardens
& safari park (Go Aaish) if u like adventure there.

Nine-zero, Bilawal House, 70 Clifton, Jatoi House, Mardan House.... endless list of houses which you shouldn't even go near :-), while on the move, don't keep an expensive mobile which cost more than 5K.

At night, don't roam around, have a gathering inside at home.

Just kidding, feel free to do whatever you like, its a free world but avoid roaming alone as it is not safe being a stranger. Taste some good food of Karachi spreading in many areas.

It goes on all throughout the day....actually you can catch car racing and drifting and burnout action all week but sundays are particularly happening!!!

Totally agree and yes I forgot mention of Burns Road (Food Street of Karachi), Highway (Different good Restaurants for local cosine, and DHA phase VIII Restaurants)
