P0171 code making my life miserable

I am getting code P0171 on my Honda Life 2007 ,
No mechanic is able to solve this problem , i have spent 8500rsso far but still the check engine light is present and it is consuming too much fuel (8km/ltr)
Got everything replaced like sensors , fuel injectors , maf sensor , fuel pump cleaned etc
Please someone help me out here ,

Thanks that was very informative , the only thing left is the intake leak , which is hard to find because machanics here dont have any expertise in this , infact all the mechanics i showed ruled out the intake leak problem. I have taken to Honda and they are charging me 9000rs for repair but i dont have any other choice also.

Error Code: P0171 System too Lean, Bank 1
Possible Causes:
- Intake/exhaust leak.
- Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor).
- Mass air flow (MAF) sensor.
- Fuel pressure/pump.
- Injector(s).
- Evaporation emission (EVAP) canister purge valve.
Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S).

Possible Solutions:
- Mostly, simply cleaning the Mass air flow (MAF) sensor does the trick. It's best to take it off and spray it with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner. Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary.
- Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure.
The intake manifold leakage can easily be checked by starting the engine at idle speed and by pouring a plain water around all the intake manifold with an empty bottle of coca cola. By doing so carefully listen to the sound and the idle speed. If any sound like Shhoo Shhoo and the change in idle speed is observed, locate the point and repair it as needed.

I wasted 17000rs from different mechanics and i went to Honda service center Rawalpindi(peshawar road ) even they couldnt find the issue or they were so stupid. Anyways finally an online car service fixed the issue and it was the upstream Oxygen sensor nothing else , its working perfectly now and avg is better too , Even Honda Service center mechanics dont know how to read the scanner readings they had cleared the oxygen sensor earlier.
