Opinion regarding Octane Boosters

Salam Guys

Need expert opinion regarding Octane Boosters like STP.
QUESTIONS
1. Is is safe to use in every car like vitz 1.0, swift 1.3 and altis 1.8 ( my family has all three )
2. Frequency of usage like every fill of tank or as per need
3. Any special warning/ concern using these boosters

Any help is appreciated

Honestly speaking i was facing some recent knocking issue which wasnt there before but it has been reduced somewhat

I used Octane booster of LM and heard bit of knocking in the engine. Mine is passo and I didn't feel any significant effect with it.
I also used injector cleaner, but felt no charm. Can hear bit of knocking specially when it shifts from 2nd to 3rd gear (automatically).
I feel found a good petrol pump (already mentioned in separate thread) and feeling car so cool & smooth as silk WITHOUT THESE ADDITIVES.
It doesn't work well for me.

As far as the procedure to use it already mentioned over the bottle. Its 150ml liquid already sufficient for 70L petrol.
So first, fill the tank (go for auto fill. Not for manual fill). After that pour half Octane booster in the Petrol tank.
Save other half for next time.

And for the safer side, never buy this product again (Octane booster or injector cleaner, etc.) Because these additives doesn't produce any significant charm in driving and just easily pull money out from our pockets.

Both xli and gli have the same engine but ive never experienced knocking in my car. Petrol is bought from aga khan wala pso and high octane is rarely used.(one whole tank only once in two years)

Na bro Shell is open and running, it is located at the exit of liberty roundabout.
Its next to the exit of parking area for malls like al fatah etc
