What is an open invoice car.?

Its basically not on the name of car owner to whom you are purchasing the car. Open invoice car is mostly unlikely in the market. Bcz of it's unknown owner in documents.

Dealership is saying that they will give a car on open invoice. My date of delivery is end March 2019. They are saying that u will have it in January.
I also added fog lights and navigation in my booking.. They are saying that u will have it factory fitted don't worry.
