OBD Scanner for Swift

Has anyone yet figured out a workable option for PKDM Swift for OBDII Bluetooth scanner? I remember @yawarmasood and others were pursuing it...

i got the OBD device from abroad but it didnt work here on my swift, so I sold it. From what i heard, the local Suzuki cars follows suzuki's own protocol hence only their proprietary devices can be used on the OBDII port provided in Swift.

Yawer as far as i know, suzuki around the globe uses their proprietary protocol with their M engines hence after market scanners do not work with them. even maruti suzuki users across the border are facing same dilemma. however, they claim that ELM and other scanners work with the newer K series engines.

As far as i remember, rhinopower was working on a work around. If anyone have any update on that please share..

i saw someone in the UK with the same swift as our's variant running the same OBD device i had flawlessly.
Im not so sure about the K series engine. But our's version in UK has been running OBD device with no problem

its not a dilemma instead a blessing. as swift being equipped with immobiliser which can be reset by the scanner tool connected to OBD port. and thanks God that the local scanner dont work so making it more difficult to break in the immobilizer system. thus making swift safer from theft

Hey Guys So posting on this thread its 2018, last post was made in 2018, I got a Swift 2018, and want to know if anyone got the obd sensor working on it ? if obd 2.1 doesn't work on it, will obd 1.5 work on it ?

anyone knows ?
