No/Low cooling on lower speed

Aoa. I have cultus 2010. I want to know that is it normal for cultus to give no/low cooling on lower speed and when car is just standing? I feel it should give cool air no matter car is standing still or moving at higher speed. Please let me know if i need to service my car's ac because i haven't serviced it for 2 years. I am confused as the ac works absolutely fine on high speed. Thanks

There is definitely some problem with condenser fan(get a high speed condenser fan if you want some cooling when the vehicle is stationary).
Clean the condenser and radiator it will get a little better.

it does require servicing as last service is 2 year ago. still dont expect much from cultus AC

Cooling is dependent on the RPMs, higher the rpm greater the cooling, that's why u get good cooling at higher speeds. But having siad that, all cars should be able to maintain cooling while idling. The cooling would be less but the blown air should b colder than the surrounding.
You should check hiw frequently your ac is tripping when u idle. If it is tripping quickly then u need to get ur throttle body serviced so that the car is able to maintain the minimum rpm at idle i.e around 900 to 1000. But then there can also be a problem with ur condenser. A choked condenser will cause more load and thus frequent tripping at idle.

Got the AC serviced today. It was tripping alot when idling that's why I wasn't getting enough cold air. But now it's working fine. How ever, i am advised by the AC mechanic to get my radiator serviced as well.

Make sure your radiator is working fine
Check if the fan if spinning at the speed it should.

Is your AC tripping? Also check if your serpentine belt is taut. And the AC compressor is rotating at proper speed.

Best is to compare cooling with another Cultus

This is why I love the idea of DC compressor of Prius. No link with engine RPM.

Radiator fan is working fine and i am having no issues of heatup whatsoever.

One thing i forgot to mention that the AC was tripping alot because the clutch of the compressor was not working correctly so the mechanic adjusted it and now it is not tripping un necessarily.
