Nissan Sunny B14 strange issue

A problem arose after replacing clutch on a nissan b14 GA15DE. The car's front end starts shaking after 80km/h till 100km/h after it there is no shaking, their is no vibration or shaking in steering wheel but the front end of car shakes like engine is going out from the mounts. Car has had several times of alignment and wheel balancing its good. Then upon inspection it was found that 2 bolts of gadree were slip, its very hard to find original bolts for b14 gadree but i found them and replaced, then went to test out car problem went away to some extent but not completely, their is something that is wrong. And if you brake this car at 120km/h steering wobbles i.e rotors out of round. But can rotors cause the cars front end to shake not the steering wheel actually. @xulfiqar @ser_gtr

Rotors can only cause the paddle to vibrate or jump slightly. But not the whole car.

What about bearings? Are they good?

Wheel balancing? Is good?

Faulty bearings usually growl on high speeds.
I had this issue in my b11
Bearings used to growl at 100kmh+

And after 2months they started growling at 50kph +
Changed them and alhamdulilah problem went away.

Definitely bro you're getting a growling sound which is a clear indication bearing is gone.

And the whole mechanism of wheel revolution is based on bearing. No bearing no movement. So faulty bearing means growl plus shaky revolution.

Mounts never give a growl
They give clear sign of vibration on idle. To me it's a right side bearing.

Basically when the car is reved high like reving high in 2nd gear the front starts shaking but as soon you shift it to 3rd and rpms drop, shaking vanishes but then if you rev it in 3rd like after 4000rpm it will shake but then you shift it to 4th rpm goes down to 2.5 then it will not shake. This is the problem

In fifth gear at 120km/h rpm is at 3200 and their is no shaking or vibration. Its smooth but you downshift it and rpm goes from 3200 to say 4200 it will shake, it like engine is going out of control. Are the mounts unable to control engine when reved high?

This car has brand new tires on it and suspension is in good shape. Only wheel bearing of right side makes rumble at high speeds

Lift the car by jek
Hold the wheel from both hands
Try to give it a swing left right or up down by hands
And see if you have any pley in it. If there's pley bearing is definitely bad.

Plus to confirm it's not bearing lift both wheels start the car
Throw the car in second gear slightly rev the car
You'll hear a bearing growl
If it's not there and there is no pley bearing is good.

Secondly revving the engine on neutral gives any vibration?
Or not???

Vibration and shaking is different thing.
If it's shaking
It's bearing
If it's vibration
It's definitely mounts.
Just figure it out that it is shaking or vibration???

To me it looks like
The gear mount was worn out when gear was opened maybe the mount have experienced certain load making the mount to go bad more. Causing the car to vibrate. And your bearing was faulty but when axles were out and definitely you've to hammer it a bit to open it maybe bearing has gone more bad.
It's machinery you can never be sure at all.
I bought new bearings they were Chinese.
They started giving growl on like the next day.

So they can be two things or it can be only bearing.

You've to first perform bearing test as mentioned above and then tell the mechanic to open the gear mount and see whether it's good or gone bad.

Their is no vibration on a standing car in neutral only when driving it

Vibration and shaking is different thing.
If it's shaking
It's bearing
If it's vibration
It's definitely mounts.
Just figure it out that it is shaking or vibration???

The front end of the car shakes. Their is no vibration. If their was vibration in steering wheel it would indicate a bad balancing but its not their. Only shaky front end

Was flywheel not having any scratches or any kind of irregular surface?
Sometimes bad clutch pressure
Destroys the fly wheel and when you install a new clutch pressure set on the same flywheel it starts giving strange noises and after sometime when clutch plate and pressure plate make it's place like they way flywheel is shaped the vibration is decreased.

I've told you all the possibilities
Now you've to troubleshoot bearing and mounts first, if not then flywheel issue.

It can be gear mount too but bearing of right side is shot i know. And say if its shaking and i am driving it at 5000rpm in second gear as soon i pick up my foot from gas pedal the shaking goes away. It increases as you rev the car more and more

Their is no sound from gear or clutch, flywheel was skimmed a bit on lathe machine. Actually when we opened up gear we found clutch plate to be good but pressure plate was bad, but i replaced both and also replaced new thrust bearing.
