New Windscreen - Honda City 2012

I need to get the windscreen replaced for Honda City Aspire 2012 ( recent hailstorm aftermath).

1. Can someone recommend the windscreen by make? and why?
   a. Original Honda dealership
   b. Fuyao, or
   c. Taiwanese?
2. Which place is recommended to get this done? and why?
   a. Honda dealership? Which one?
   b. Madina Windscreen Rawalpindi or
   c. Any other? Please name
3. Anyone who recently got a similar job done, can you please share the charges (if its not too much trouble, the break down) borne for this job?

Any other additional comment is highly appreciated which can help make this choice.

Pre-hailstrom Honda Ave was offering 41k for screen, 4k for rubber that goes around the screen, 2.5k for silicon and 18k as labour.

Get Fuyao screen eyes closed as it is OEM for Honda.
Theres a dealer for it if you search.
Get it installed at home by any good installer and dont drive the car for 24 hours.

Dont buy any other after market screen as all of them are fake.
