Never use M&P Courier for your Couriers / Parcels

I have used TCS and leopard many times but never faced any issue. But unfortunately tried M&P Courier and regretting now. Their helpline doesn't respond neither do their local offices. This is my feedback which i wrote on their website about which i am also sure that they're not gonna respond:
Pathetic customer services. Your helpline is usesless as i was unable to talk to any person even after long wait and multiple calls. I have an important document to be delivered to me in Hyderabad from gujrat. Tracking number is *******. I called your Hyderabad office and there was this guy named Saddam Hussen. When i inquired upon my courier he said call me after sometime as he was busy taking his lunch. Seriously? What the f! This is how you treat your customers. I am sure you guys will soon shut down your company because of this attitude and pathetic customer support. Atleast i am not going to trust you guys anymore. It's already been 4 days and I haven't received my courier.

M&P courier service is taken over by OCS. last time i went to their branch they were using OCS bar-code stickers and receipts, when i asked about it, the concerned person told me that "we are now working under OCS management"
So in a way, M&P is legally no more.....lol

Yeah. OCS has been taken over by M&P because on packaging it is written M&P previously OCS.
