In 20, you can get a Corolla Altis 2011 onwards.
You can also get Civic 2012/2013 in this price range.

I would suggest going for a Honda city more latest model as it will be better. Since Civics and Corollas would be 2012 models and therefore older. Otherwise increase your budget for a new Yaris.

You will find 2011-2014 Corolla Gli 1.3 and 1.6 Auto or even an Altis Cruisetronic but finding a low mileage car would be a challenge. Civic 2012-2013 can also be found but i would rather suggest a City as you will get a low mileage car but get a Manual if you're planning to buy a 1.3l as Auto 1.3 is very underpowered or even 1.5 Auto. These are those cars which wouldn't require much maintenance except Civic which would require a bit more.

2013 Civic VTi Oriel with either the auto or manual transmission. I owned mine for 3 years and it was magnitudes better than a good-for-nothing City. Just make sure you buy one that's been kept well and has some maintenance history.

I have 2012 (invoice 25 dec 2011, new shape) corolla gli silver. Used 47,000 km. Got gift on my marriage, so i am first owner from showroom. Total service history available in toyota sialkot motors. And yes the car is GENUINE you can check anywhere you like. Still smells new. BUT i am not sure to sell and buy honda brv S.

Less used because owner lives abroad.

go for a suzuki ciaz with latest K series engine in it. you will get in under 20lac for model 2016-2018.
its a CBU unit from thailand. comfort and excellent efficiency is guaranteed. you may check reviews on CIAZ dedicated forums. auto usually gives a fuel average of 15-19 depending on how you drive.

Might be possible in Karachi to find a '15 Gli Manual in around 20 lac. Ciaz would be better in this budget but resale is the main issue.

For Civic (2013-14), you will either find a manual Oriel or Prosmatec Hard top in your price range around 2 million, but if you're looking for Oriel Prosmatec Top of the line, you need to increase your budget to about 2.3-2.4 million if you want to buy a low mileage good condition Civic 9th gen.
