Need recommandation in buying a cheap drift and track car

Assalam-o-Alaikum! I don't know much about cars but recently I got interest in drifting or tracks things (Nah, not Paul Walker or Vin Diesel stuff). I just want to have for safe fun on daily drive on empty roads. I know I can buy old 7th gen Honda Civic very cheap but I want more. I want a car which is fast and have some guts in it. Can someone suggest me a good drift car under 25 lakhs or which project car should I select to make into drift and track one in this budget.

Do you live in Pakistan? If so trying to get a drift car isn't too good a choice. You should rather try to get a car that can handle straight line speed better. Best fun in a car you can have in Pakistan at the moment because there are no tracks here.

Grab a 318i. Park it. Buy a service manual. Fix it yourself. Build it yourself.

This is a good choice or you can go for a cheap used civic. Alot of parts available that are dirt cheap. You could actually boost it. But everything you do try to do it yourself. May take over 2 years but in the end will be worth it.
