Need Advice For Computer Sound System

salam guyz
i am gettin this Logitech X530 5.1 channel surround for around 250 sar
5000rs in pk rps
is this a good deal
i can spend a max of 300 sar i.e 6-6.5k rupees on my sound system
my current speakers are of like 200-500 rupee wale:D

i have no idea of which brand is the best in speaker system in my current budget
need some advice

btw my motherboard is Gigabyte P35 DS3L
which i think supports 7.1 ch surround.

its a good deal but dont really expect good sound from a onboard soundcard.

Although the logitech x-530 are fine but if you can lay ur hands on the logitech x-540,that would be really good.Since i have the logitech x-540 and they really ROCK!!!
They are the best bang for the price.The difference between the both is that the x-540 are down firing sub while the x-530 is a front firing sub.The x-540 also has a virtual surround button in case u donot have a 5.1 ch option.The sound on x-540 is way better than the x-530 cuz the sub of x-530 crackles. Hope u can make a wise decision now.

ok thanks will try to look for X540 if i can get that in my budget
but if not i am thinking of creative T6100 5.1 ch surround
i think they are also good?

the problem is my limited budget as i have to save money for the lcd too
i have around 6-7 k
in which if i get a sound card and then speakers i will be getting just the 2.1 speaskers
but if i dont buy the soundcard i can easily get 5.1 channel speakers

btw are creative t6100 speakers any good than x530/x540?

For me all these 3 speakers sucks. 26Watt Rms Subwoofer rating is nothing. With 26 Rms what can u shake??
When u will turn up the volume, u will get nothing but distortion.
I prefer bass over surround sound,
my choice would be Logitech Z-2300 (120Watt Rms subwoofer).. Thx certified Speakers

i think he has the 5.1 5000 series and those speakers are good too.he bought them for like 250 something

if i cant find any good 5.1 channel surround
then will go for 2.1 channel soution of edifier or altec lansing

How much is the G51 for over there?
I actually suggested that because while Z5500 are for 20k ($250) abroad, they are for 32k over here. Similarly G51 are for 10k ($128) abroad while here they are for 19k.
So i thought perhaps the G51 will be cheaper in KSA as well.

But speaking of Xforce2 and Logitech X530. I would say 200% go for X530 dude. They are LOGITECH. Even that itself is enough. Moreover they are 5.1 surround.
