Toyota Sure Ravi Dealership Experience
Assalam U Alaikum Pakwheelers, So I was in search of a clean and Genuine Toyota Corolla Grande 2014-2017. After looking around in the market for 2 months and doing an extensive search I laid my eyes on this Corolla which was on display on Toyota Ravi.

The demand for the particular car was 47,15.
I planned with a friend to go to Lahore and inspect the car, We went to the showroom from Gujranwala. Upon inspection the car was in immaculate condition, the car had previously been detailed by Luxe Auto Spa.
Upon very aggressive negotiations we finalized the car for 46,25.

Concerns
The warranty card at that time was not available as there was this person who was not available so they couldn't issue the warranty card on the same day I purchased the car, They promised to deliver it to me as soon as possible.
After 15 days I contacted them again, and they were making the same excuses. I complained about this issue to the Toyota Indus officials via email. One person from customer relations contacted me and assured me the issue would be resolved soon.
After almost 1.5 months I got a call from the customer relations department saying that I had to come to the dealership to collect the card, I reminded them of the promise that they would deliver the card, as I am from another city and can not visit Lahore. They said we can't do anything.
After almost 2 months they agreed to deliver it to a dealership in my city.
Conclusion
It has been almost 8 months now since I bought the car, have not faced a single issue with the car. If you are looking for a clean car with some thousands above the market value, I strongly suggest you buy through Toyota Sure, but be sure to get the warranty card with the delivery of your car
