Introducing recent addition of another 4x4 in my garage which is now ready to rock all terrains after doing following jobs

Replacement of all fluids and all filters.
Replacement of all servo's, cylinders and brake pads.
New clutch and pressure plates.
New suspension replacement using stock parts.
New Steering system.
New electrical wiring and now each and every bit is working.
New on board audio & video entertainment system.
Installation of all new steel fender flares.
BFG mud terrain tyres and new alloys.
All new upholstery including sound deadners and new carpet on floor.

NP gurus are requested to please suggest appropriate up gradation other than above to make it a true and reliable RV.

My suggestions.
1. Raise it by 2 inches. Get a complete kit, don't go for the desi solution of just mounting bigger springs. They don't correct castor and you will have the death wobble above 80 km/h. Y60 is lowest 4x4 ever. You will have belly down issues.

No matter what the diesel pump "mistree" tells you, do not run it lean. If it is the inline 6 pump and not the rotary. It is imperative. Little bit of black smoke is always better than melting the piston rings.
Stock air filter is useless. Its better to custom mount some type of modern air filter. Increases engine life by half and halves the oil change intervals.
Get a winch, it comes in way handy. It weighs nearly two and half tons and it takes quite a lot of poor little jeep buggers to pull it out.
Snorkel would be a nice addition since the engine runs out "phook" after 3000 rpms.
What ever you do say NO to the "desi pital radiator".
Rear drum brakes have a mind of their own. Keep them clean since it takes a certain amount of braking to stop this bugger.
A good addition would be to add aftermarket, oil pressure, water temp and an egt gauge.

Congrats buddy! Its a great machine! Had one myself last year as you know. TD42 is a killer engine with lots of power, I prefer it over the TLC80 Series diesel engines.
