MG HS VS Proton X70 VS Sportage

Hi guys,

Newbie question, Wanna buy compact SUV. Have Vezel at the moment. Please advise which one is best to buy from the top trending ones (Sportage, MG HS , Proton X70). Have a small family and most of the usage is in city.
Need to make the decision. Don't have much knowledge in cars but I like Proton and MG HS better than sportage.
Any advice that will help me make the decision will be much appreciated.

MG is the best option but for now you should wait till their import situation becomes clear Sportage is better as it is the oldest in the market and has made its market whereas we can’t say anything about X70 as it’s Ckd is too far off from now and cbu is sold out

All 3 of these are good options and they also dont have any low quality stigma with them.

Sportage is already established with a big share now in pakistan and it has better availability than the other 2. Sportage however have a bit lesser options than the others, but has a robust reputation worldwide

HS is a lovely car, but right now mostly in investor hands and a v little services network if any, X70 still hasnt delivered any CBUs, CKD is still a long shot.

Right now the best option will be sportage. If you can, than go for the AWD otherwise, price wise i blv FWD is the best option.

Except Sportage, which has already established itself, i personally think its not wise to invest in any other SUV for now. One year down the road, maybe, but not now.

Within sportage, i never found any logic of going for AWD somehow. If budget constraint, go for Alpha. If u can manage 5 million, go for FWD
