A friend needs a marriage hall. Please suggest places, seating capacity, food type, your experience - and rates - if possible.

I would suggest Mughal a Azam or In front of it a newly built Marqee established by Deans on University land on garden town T junction. The area is good. Rate at Mughal a Azam was Rs. 650/per head few years ago for one dish (Chicken menu)

halls are available from Rs 300 per head to as much as you wish to pay. i guess he you should tell the budget and seating capacity required.

Topaz in Johar Town....

I visited many goods halls of Lahore around 2 months back... cause i am getting married in August InshAllah!!!

I liked their atmosphere and it was properly managed!!! i visited 2-3 times (all the times during some functions going on).... Management was seen with even close eyes...

and the main thing people come to wedding is Lunch / Dinner.... and they are good in taste as well... I got rate of Rs. 650/Person!!!! and my guests are more then 750.... they have four halls, all halls have sitting capacity of 300-350 persons!

CASPIAN on canal side (Johar Town) is also a good choice. Large parking and beautiful view with clean atmosphere.

Please suggest any marriage halls in Lahore that are neat and clean, and serve good food and have ample parking space.

I have already been to the following so please don't suggest the following.

Garrison golf club halls
All the halls around barkat market
Gourmet Marquees
Hall near qazafi stadium
Liberty castle
Topaz near skmh and the many Marquees on the same road
Taj Mahal and the lot next to them (very dirty)

Been to PC many times. If you know someone good in their management you get decent food and service otherwise it's rubbish.

I'll definitely checkout Royal Palm and flattie tomorrow.
