I just had an extended test drive of Toyota Prius over 3 days, and though I would let other know what I thought:
MPG/Average
I mostly drove in city, and got around 62 MPG (which is around 21.95 km/l !!). The car constantly switches from full electric to hybrid to full power when and as you need it. This was really good, and has convinced me that with the kinds of miles I do every year, this will have to be my next car.
Power & Handling
I had previously driven a Honda Civic Hybrid (07) and was seriously disappointed. The civic hybrid had handling like a Mehran (honestly), with thin tires, underpowered and a lot of over street in corners. With this trepidation in my mind, I must say the Prius (2011 model, 1.8) had lots of power, and the handling in corners was really spot on. I was much more impressed with the power of the new 1.8 as compared to the previous 1.5.
Comfort:[B]
The front seats really good. But I must admit that the space in the back was a bit limited. Otherwise the comfort a and ride was really good.
Specs & Feature
Loved the parallel parking feature, where you leave the steering and it does the job (around 90% of the times it's accurate). Cruise control was good too, and all other feature were fine.
