Land Cruiser 3 door (Opinion required from pros)

I have always wanted to own a 4wd. Fell in love with the Land Cruiser II 3 door when I saw it the first time. It was a early to mid 90s model, automatic with sunroof and a hood scoop. Now I am seriously contemplating getting a nice 3 door SUV, which will fulfill my passion while also not driving me crazy or bankrupt. I have a range of between 1.5 to 2.0M max. Here are the following options I have shortlisted. Would appreciate feedback on price ranges for the vehicles as well:
1. Toyota Land Cruiser RKR (1986 and upwards)
2. Toyota Land Cruiser II (1990 and upwards)
3. Toyota Land Cruiser Prado RZ (1997 and upwards)

Which one of these is more desirable? I need something which will not require frequent trips to the mechanic.
My must haves are auto transmission, sunroof. The vehicle will be used for light offroading, and trips to Hunza, Skardu etc. I have other vehicles for city driving.

I am inclined towards the Prado RZ and have shortlisted a 2001 model, 2006 import with all bells & whistles. The problems: Karachi registration and price upwards of 2M.

RZ in good condition with proper documentation will cross 2 million. I suggest you go for a lower grade. Concentrate on condition and docs rather than colour and bells & whistles. Remember you will need at least 100-200k to bring it upto specs. Also remember that the prices of these 90s vintage jeeps have rocketed, I can easily point out an RKR which genuinely cost the seller 1.8 million to buy and build. Why would he sell it for 1.5 million?
I still laugh ( not out of spite but amusement) when people say, I want a well maintained LC 80 with docs in 2 million.
Also a lot of people will comment, bhai it's not worth X amount, offer him Y amount. Just ask them to source you one and they will disappear like they never existed.
Karach number syndrome was 30 years back, please come out of it. Peshawar, Karachi and so on are all computerised record holders, no problem in purchasing one.

What price range would you recommend for a pristine, really neat and clean, around 100,000 km mileage RZ? The guy is asking for 2.4M?

Bhai around 2.2 million but being driven 100k is like this year's Chand Raat....

Even though I am not in the market currently for a jeep but by the looks of it, 2.2 million is not a bad deal. Rest your choice

I spent almost the same amount on all suspension bushings and some other stuff for my 80. So God forbid if one buys an abused example, he should get ready to get bankrupt.

As @consigliori said, a clean RZ will set you back you back at least 2 million, then add a couple of lacs to bring it to 100%. But this will make sure you'll have a vehicle that you'll enjoy for a good few years without any major work.

Hahaha. Just yesterday a guy came up to me, checked my car and said that he saw one in Karachi, clean, less than 100K driven and gave an offer of 22 lacs, owner was asking 23 but wasn't going down so he didn't buy. I was like mujhe 2 la do phir 50 lac mai issi waqt

Excellent. Less than 100k. Bilkul. Should have tied him up and said wait, my friend is coming from Karachi too, he also wants 2, so unless you provide us with 4 LCs @23lacks each, you gonna be tied to this spot you bugger...
