Karachi 2 Naran by Road --- Enrout Family Hotels

Planning a road tour from Karachi to Naran next week. The main purpose of this thread is to identify good family hotels at
1. Rahim Yar Khan. ----> Sadiqabad Hotel Midway
2. Lahore..??....
3. Abbotabad or Balakot. ---> Skip will go directly to Naran
4. Naran. ----> Grey Wall Cottage

Try Hotelone, its a good chain, they have hotels in Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Lahore and Abbottabad.

For Naran, Arcadian is good option.

Here is the list of hotels/stops where I had stayed:

Rahim Yar Khan == Bismillah Restaurant and Hotel (at Zahir Pir round about) -- AVERAGE
Bahawalpur (just in case if you make it to BWP instead of staying RYK) == New Premier Hotel -- GOOD
Rawalpindi == Midway Hotel -- GOOD
Abbottabad No idea
Mansehra == Karakoram Hotel -- GOOD
Balakot == Pine view hotel -- AVERAGE

My main concern is Lahore, and Rahim Yar khan, other places are easy to find then n there.

Sayyam Heights, Grey walls cottages
great conditions and service...but they are high priced hotels ..rooms starting from 6000/-

Duirng my last karachi islamabad travel in december 2015. I stayed at Mid Way Hotel @ Sadiqabad. The hotel is on Sadiqabad bypass Road. Very nice clean and newly constructed hotel. with big setup of dinning hall restaurant. The room charges i paid was 2500 of a two bed nice clean and big room plus additional matters for kids. I stayed there with my family and i like to recommend you as well. Below is the contact number.

Thanks, I think this is much better option, because if chose RYK then I have to divert and enter in city like 40 to 50 km more.

Yes you are rite the mistake is at my end, ( maff kerna bhai kal pehla pehla roza tha )Actually I mixed up the names of the two hotels @ Sadiqabad as I checked before going to travel and noted in my mobile. I stayed at Galaxy Star Hotel Not in MID WAY Hotel. so now i an giving you the contact number of

They have safe shaded parking available with night guard on duty. The hotel is adjacent to the PSO petrol pump. and I didn't feel any security safety issue, and i am sure you feel the same when you reached there.

I also visited MID way hotel and find it more luxury then GALAXY STAR and offcourse more expensive he was asking me around 4500-5000 for two person room with out complementary breakfast. so now you got two choices visit both and decide your self ...

Yesterday check hotels in Naran
1. Grey wall cottage. 8000/- two room cottage with sehree
2. Sayyam hotel. 3500/- for 3 bed room
3. Demanche. 4000/- & 4800/- for 3 bed room

kindly advice which one is best to stay with family (clean n secure)

selected Grey wall , the only concern the location it's on extreme end of Naran
