Hello Guys,i have recently installed thermostat valve and now my AC frequently trip and run again efficiently. I wana know is there any thermostat valve installed for AC to maintain cabin temperature or is it tripping because of raising car engine temperature?
There is always a temperature sensor installed inside the evaporator (AKA cooling coil) which trips the AC at about 8 degree.
However the compressor also trips if you engine temperature is getting high.
Thanks mate, also got it in workshop manual. "Evaporator thermistor"
