Headlight aimer was found in some large dealerships but it requires the techs to be trained properly.
Those dumbasses were doing it with overhead lights turned on and car parked crooked.
So most dealerships went back to basics and drew some lines on a wall and marked a place on the floor to place the car. That 1% difference in “alignment” of manual vs machine is negligible in roaduse.
Oldschool benz, bmw, and some toyota crowns actually came with spirit levels installed on the lamp housings and a gradient scale screw, perfect alignment everytime regardless of condition (as long as car was parked dead on straight or with driver is he/she was too heavy).
Some people (mostly eastern europe guys) have made such tools for their local cars and trucks.
