Indus 1.3 2e engine manual to auto gear

After reading alot over p.w with limited buget and need of auto transmission decided to stick with stock 2e manual engine with auto transmission swapping.
After searching three days got original auto gear box they call it double oil kick down it doesn't require any alteration or any ecu card wiring.
But its three speed automatic,
Would it effect fuel economy and power?

Yes indus corolla only came with 3 speed forward. but why do you need for an auto transmission ? btw how much its costing you ?

For automatic you need 5AFE/4AFE those engines are better with automatic tranny in this Corolla. This tiny 2E is also under power with manual tranny and with auto it can be your worst dream.

Actually i was not prepared to swap engine so decided to experience this gear if result comes bad will re install myanual one

Wo us time k hesab k lia thek tha. but onces i have drive this suzuki every 660cc mini van, it comes with 3 auto forward gears, and at 60km/hr in third gear i was feeling that the car was asking badly for the next gear.

Wont say its a wise decision, or experiemtn that with your car, which will end up wasting time and money. If you want to drive your car below 40km/hr on highways or local then i guess its ok. traffic is not an issue in only karachi. its an issue in almost every city.

TBH, you can get opinion from some who has this engine with auto transmission. He will tell you the reality.

The main thing to consider is that auto will work with this 2E engine but the the car fuel economy, pick and power will be little compromised.
Local ma Chala tho sake ge lakin manual ke mauqable ma thori slow hojegi.
Baqi it's your car, your money your choice.
Even if you still want to put auto gear better do it by some good experience mechanic otherwise you will be in great trouble.

Its not the gearbox thats at fault, its the size of the car and the engine.
Khair there will be a drop of about 2kml average in local and around 3 kml average in long

1.5 engine is pretty powerful as compared to this 2E so in that case auto puts slight load on the engine.

I am just worried about speed i need 80km/hr my car gaves perfect mileage over cng just in case my project fails i will get dent of 2O k only fir backup i already kept my existing manual gearbox with me it will just cause one two hours to swap back

One more general knowledge question apart from my thread assume any xyz engine that have 5 manual gears but 3 un automatic version what about that car kia wo auto third gear same result daita hai jo manual ka third daita hai ?
Few people said auto ka third manual k 5th nahe to atleast 4th k equal hota hau

In case of other car for example 1500 Corolla 5 speed manual. If you put 4 speed auto in that it fuel economy will drop by 1-2km/l.
Manual and auto both have different ratio for all gears.
Manual 5 gear is not equal to auto 4 gear but they are pretty close in term of rpm and fuel economy.
