If i change honda reborn engine so how much will it cost and or it is a good option to change engine

Better to find a clean half assembly from scrapyard & swap it. No idea about exact prices but it would cost you around 70 to 80k.

rebuilding a reborn engine is not an easy job and road side mechanics will ruin it. if you want to rebuild then go to an expert mechanic otherwise you will loose time money and vehicle too. similarly, in the case of swap get it done from a true professional. swap is better and safe but totally depends on where do you source that new engine plus who is doing the swap.

cost of rebuilding complete and engine swap will be almost equal. the difference would be hardly of 10k.

As mention @shiekh123 must go for expert mechanic otherwise you will loss your money and time
I have already bad experience with engine replacement from local mechanic, in engine replace I think no need to save money in labour cost.

As i am new from whim i buy he broke the catalytic converter so fuel average is also down so if i swap engine so the catalytic converter also includes in it or not

Better to do a proper rebuild
Assembly will work for an year or two after that it will ask for work as well. Because they came here used as a scrap. Assembly will cost you same and even more after some years.

I would first inspect your engine and then suggest you a rebuild or a swap. So you should get the old engine inspected to someone professional.
