Ideal Engine Oil for Civic 2017?

Hi everyone! I have a 17 Civic 1.8. Ive been using total quartz 9000 5w30. Out of curiosity I'm just wondering which is better for the 1.8 civic 5w30 or 0w20? And if I wanted to switch oil grades how does that work? Thank you for the replies !!

None of EFI engines shall be used with oil grade above 0W-30 or 5W-30 (0W-20 only if it is mentioned in user manual)

Check your owner manual
If 0w20 is recommended, then you can consider it
Otherwise stick with 5w30

Using 0w20 but recommended is 5w30 will switch to it once it start reducing till then good to go
