I just bought a 1982 corolla and i have no idea what i'm doing

So, i just got an 82 corolla for 1.3 lacs, as you can imagine the conditions is not very good. It has a 4k turbo engine in it (don't know what 4k turbo is), its rusty and needs alot of interior changing. Also the AC isn't installed. I want to have a good sound, exhaust stuff. no idea what i'm talking about since i'm new to this. So i need help and my questions are:

1. Should i change the engine?
2. How much would it cost?
3. How much would fixing the interior (seats, dashboard, steering, speakers etc) cost.
4. What kinda milage does the existing engine give, since the seller had no clue.
5. also what is ke70?

KE-70 is the chassis name for the 1982 corolla.
The engine and interior cost can only be told upon detailed inspection or detailed pictures.
4k is the original 1300cc engine

Seems like it needs a major restoration..
Parts are available for this vehicle
Engine swap options are also available or if you need you can also restore the engine or buy a new 4k engine depends on you & it will probably have other mechanical issues etc
Its rusty it probably needs bodywork interior needs to be refurbished or changed

Parts are available, engine can be opted if u want to keep it stock, then 4k, if want better efficiency with min alteration go for 7K efi engine and if want to mod more and spend some money go for black top.

If the engine is not in working order, many options for swaps are available such as its own 4k or EFI 7K 1800cc, 3sfe 2000cc, or 3sge beams. 3sge's typically range around 150k-270k depending upon condition and generation you choose while the others can be found cheaper. Parts are readily available for this model as it's a pretty common project car here. KE70 is chassis code for this particular generation of Corolla.
