How to reset trip meter to zero in civic 2000

I have Honda Civic 2000 vti orial automatic.

I want to know how to reset the trip meter to zero only but not touching odometer reading.

Please expert tell me

1. how to reset trip meter to 0 without touching the odometer reading??

2. Is resetting the trip meter to 0 changing the odometer reading because I have done recently done maintenance. If odometer reading become zero how will I judge next maintenance????????

You cannot reset or rollback the ODO meter by yourself- Some pro. has to do it.
To reset Trip meter- There should be a black knob sticking out of the Cluster casing, press it for 2-3 seconds and it will reset to Zero.
ODO meter reading will not be affected.
