How can we check a car's manufacturing year by its Chassis number? Specifically Honda Civic X?

I think for that, you'll either have to look at the car's docs, or, contact Atlas Honda.

Docs can tell about the model year, and give some information about the production of that car too.

In case of JDMs, for some of the makes and models, online data is available. You enter the Chassis No. And it gives many details, including month and year of production, however, I think, no such system exists here for locally assembled cars, either new or used.

Loom for the year on seat belt(on the paper attatched to seatbelt)you can plus one year to it as the seat belt could have been made in december and went on car in janruary
