How often to change engine oil and oil filter in prius?

I have a 2013 Prius.
79,000km. how often should I change its engine oil and oil filter

Change your oil at 4-5k. Any well branded oil will do the job. Use genuine oil filter and change it with every oil change.

If you're in Islamabad get Zic 0w20 from Metro as they have discounted rates.

Those are for high mileage oils and good filters which aren't available in Pakistan

Go for a good oil that can withstand high mileage.
Change it at every 10000kms with oil filter and air filter. That's a very safe limit for oil filter and air filter.

16000kms in Japan only because of parts being genuine.
