Which from the 2 do you recommend and will I be able to get one of the above for 30lac?

You can buy vezel in 30 lacs, But I would recommend you to look for some other car because vezel has a gearbox problem

CHR impossible in 30-32 Lacs , even good vezel does not come in this budget,
Better to consider some other options according to your choice in sedan or hatchback

In terms of drive and mileage and overall comfort, Toyota CHR is better without a doubt.
However, in terms of price and resale point of view, Honda Vezel is better.

You'll not be able to get Toyota CHR in 3 million, however, you can get Honda Vezel model 2013/14 in this price range, which is NOT RECOMMENDED because, in the 2013/14 model, there was a recall from Honda Japan, the reason was the transmission problem, so if you want to buy Honda Vezel, try getting 2015 and above model, but for that, you have to increase your budget by at least 2-3 lacs.

The rest is your choice.

Go for a 1.2 ltr CHR I’m using it much better than Vezel you may get it within your budget if you import it

Vezel imo, reason being it's significantly cheaper than the CHR, has a better resale (how many CHR have you seen on the road and how many vezels). Plus Vezels Transmission should be an advantage as its an extremely satisfying part of the car at lower speeds yes it may be i little jerky, but at normal or higher speeds it is far better than any cvt or auto, very fast and smooth gear changes. You have to change your actuator fluid every 10,000 kms which keeps the transmission temperature low and your car will be absolutely fine. Also vezel is much more powerful and faster than the CHR and comes with about the same feature set if you find the right variant. I'd recommend you go for a 2016 Z as it comes with the Honda Sensing (Lane Assist, Adaptive Cruise etc) and will cost you around 45 for a very good condition car.
