Hi, Honda Fit is giving U0416(F8) error on OBD2 scanning. Anyone has idea what it relates to?
Your abs/vsc unit itself or its attached wiring (the twisted pair bus) is causing bad data to be transmitted from it.
The code also is a request for the engine check lamp to switch on.
Have the can bus wiring tested and checked.
Can this error be showing because I've tapped the windscreen and blocked the radar sensor to block CTBA (City Traffic Braking Assist)?

What kind of scanner are you using? Are you picking this code from the engine/trans ecu?
