Honda Civic Rebirth (9th Gen) Cruise Control

Hope you're good. I have a 2013 civic rebirth hardtop, i wanted to add a cruise control to it. I have bought the buttons. Can someone help? I live in Rwp/Isb

Have you connected them or just laying around right now.
Try to just connect them and see if they work or not.

10th gen corolla also had most of the wiring already present, maybe 9th gen civic has it or maybe it doesn't.
First step would be just plug them in the clock spring and see what happens.

Thanks. The buttons are just laying around right now. I have contacted an electrician today. He said the buttons will be connected to the ECU via wiring. He's asking 4000 Rs

Ajkal baray harami kism k 2 number electrician bhi bethay hain.
Wiring ki koi zaroorat hoti nai plug and play hota hai most aqua and prius mein lekin 5000 sirf airbag remove karke button 2 screw lganay k le letay hain.

Removing the air bag is a child play. I would suggest you to remove the airbag yourself and view the clock spring if there is a separate area in clock spring or existing plug will have to be modified
If there is a seperate area then plug the wiring of the buttons in the clock spring and click on the main button and see if dash lights up or not.

If you do not like DIY or feel comfortable then i guess you can spend 4000
if you want DIY then i can help you with you on how to remove the air bag and which tools you need.

You have prosmatec or manual?

In prosmatec you have to install buttons and connect two wires from clock spring to rpm meter.
In manual trans brake switch is also required.

You can buy new buttons or visit your local scrapyard market to buy the buttons.
For installation, i doubt if any electrition can understand the wiring. You might have to diy.

Conclusion:
Yes the cruise control can be added to a Honda Civic IX gen (rebirth)
Following things you need to check prior to installing it.

1. If your speedometer support the cruise, it should trigger the cruise engaging lights.
2. If your ecu already has a code for cruise then you just need to trigger the cruise. If not you need to remap by adding cruise settings to your ecu.
   Mostly manual hardtop doesn't have it.

Things required:
1. Cruise control buttons with wiring (can be bought from Sultan khu Rawalpindi or Bilal ganj Lahore or quetta from a Thailand model or PKD)
2. A single wire that goes to ecu to trigger cruise in ecu.

An ecu electrician does the rest if your not a DIY type of guy.

I have been using the cruise since 2 years without any flaw.
You can ask me here regarding cruise or climate control for any help or leads.

Hey, buddy. Can you help me activate the cruise control also? I did the conection with main cincuit (dashboard) and the first green light “main circuit” appears, but when I try to activate the second stage, I can't. I thinking that left connect a wire with the PCM. The connection that I did was in main circuit with position 23 - yellow wire and position 7 - little green. ( the green light at main circuit in main circuit are working but the second green light at main cuircuit doesn't working yet.

My Civic is 2014/2015 and I checked that the connections of breaks are going to PCM. The pin 4 are connected in PCM in 25 pin and the 3 are connected at fuse box under dash, and after, are going to 43 in PCM

Were you able to install? Im also have a civic g9 lxs 1.8 with automatic transmission, and im trying to install the cruise control.
