The radiator coolant level in my Civic 2013 (new shape) remains a little bit (about half inch) below top level. If I top it up, some coolant overflows into bottle and does not return to fill up the radiator to top level. After overflow, coolant level in bottle is little bit above max level. Can any one explain?

I purchased one dibba of coolant from Honda 3S dealership, and use it when required. But unlike Corolla, it is difficult to see actual coolant level in Civic as the plastic of dabba is thick. Besides in Corolla, the coolant level in radiator is at top of radiator opening, but in Civic it is half an inch below the radiator opening.

Yes its very difficult to see coolent level in bottle. But its normal if its half a inch below radiator cap but it should be above metallic channels.
In corolla its easy to see red color coolant inside white bottle.
