Honda Civic 1999 Manual Stuttering and bogging issues while acceleration

I've Honda Civic 1999 d16b Vtec. My car was working perfectly fine but 3 days before suddenly on motorway while I was at 140km/h, my car started bogging and I instantly stopped my car to see what is the issue. My 1st thought was bad fuel pump, well on Idle my rpm was stable car was reving full 7k rpms but when I drive it bogs and hesitate very badly.
I replaced following things in these 2 days:
New Fuel Pump (not kabli)
New Iradium Spark Plugs
New Throttle Body
New Fuel Filter
New Injectors
Car acceleration is upto the mark now but it runs few secs in every gear and than start bogging just like it is having no fuel supply.
When I bought this car 2 months ago the reverse feed line was blocked with the piece of pipe and a screw, my mechanic opened that line he said it will damage your plugs because your car will run rich due to block reverse line.

I guess it might be a bad FPR on the Fuel Rail and that is the only thing left on the car. Another mechanic said the hose connecting FPR and Intake manifold needs to be change, the hose is wide open it should be small but he only saw that through pic. Anyone please help to solve this issue.

Your fpr vacuum hose is disconnected and the manifold port is open?

no fpr vaccume hose is connected to Manifold and I don't know about manifold port sir. UPDATE: before June 25, 2024 the car idle was smooth but from day one it idles very low around 300rpms but smooth no vibrations, now from today I started the car drive a lil bit but now Rpm is not stable flactuate b/w 300-1200rpms.

which city you are from ?
generally it seems you need to see the workshop for the diagnosis.
it can be a sensor, a pipe, a wire, etc. related issue.

I'm from Islamabad and yes I want a good Mechanic to inspect my car. I found out that my car is not getting enough fuel because when back feed line closed car runs perfectly but when opened it bogs, poor acceleration and all those thing I mentioned. On Full throttle It runs fine and does go to 190 but fuel starvation on low or half throttle.
THROTTLE BODY IS ALSO NEW AS WELL

Also 1 more thing My headers has a leakage at the point where 4 pipes connects to one pipe of exhaust system. I can feel the hot fumes air leaking and ticking sound and when I cover that pipe with piece of cloth that sound disapperas? it that the reason of Car bogging the the issue mentioned above?

Connect a fuel pressure tester and see the fuel pressure, you also need to replace the plastic pipe with a real rubber vacuum hose.

If your fuel pressure is low and crimping the return raises it to normal, then you need to find out if the pump is weak or the fpr is leaking. A cheap way is to have an fpr connected while the return line fills a bottle, if you have low pressure and fuel filling in the return bottle. Your fpr is bad (confirm this with dead heading the pump, it should be able to pump 90 psi in this state.

After replacing the fpr, check its vacuum control by removing the vacuum line, it should increase from about 40 to 50 psi on running engine.

On Thrusday Early Morning around 2:30Am, I blocked the fuel return line and tried to drive it, but within few secs, like 5-6s I smelled fuel, I stopped the car, turned it off and the fuel was all over the place. I conclude that the presssure was soo much high when I blocked the return line and it tear that line to release its pressure.
I guess FRP on fuel rail (although deeply insected no signs of fuel leakage on it) but I gues FPR has gone bad and sending all the fuel to reverse line instead of sending them to injectors.

no my worst experience ever with him, it was 1st time I bought this car because one of my dream to own this and know why everyone loves this. I visited 50 cars and bought the best car in terms of body and Engine. Never had experienced these mechanics because my other cars were maintained through Dealership of their Company. Car had minor missing when I bought that. My Mechanic Replaced followings:
Fuel Pump
Fuel Injectors
Spark Plugs (iradium)
Throttle body along with TP and IAC Sensor
Adjusted the Distributor
Put all these thing about a single meter attached to my car
Car still got minor missing but I was fed up with mechanics so I decided to go with the flow as it is 25years old car but sometimes 1in 100 times car manage to bog and lose acceleration but get normal in seconds. But now She is doing worst, no pick, need to floor paddle to make it keep going but that makes it soo much fast speed, bogs on half throttle and decelerate, Does not Stall but Idle RPM gets at 150-200 just but engine is in good condition so it does not makes any vibrations but steering is EPS, that thing get hard on idle.

NOTE: Old Spark Plugs were in good condition as well no oil, no carbon just new but replaced them. The main issue what is feel like is Fuel is not going in good pressure and all that returns back to Tank through reverse line. Might be Faulty FRP

Hey, So I went to Mechanic Today 4 July, 2024 and He said I don't know where the issue is as your car idles and revs good but bogs on driving, but do change the seals of your Exhaust as it have air leaking issue. I Changed the all the seals of Exhaust Pipe. Now Allhumdullilah my car is not bogging at all, its So much Smooth and Silent. but on idel I noticed minor surge between 500-700 Rpms and a minor backfire as well. What Could be issue for that? That surgue is not soo noticable.
My opinion is that the Distributor might be Advanced lil bit thats why it is doing Minor Missfire when I release the Race Paddle in Gear.
