you are lucky that you are in ISB you might be able to sell it around 200,000 Rs otherwise in karachi this car is not even worth 200,000 Rs

These models ARE not worth over 3 lakh in good condition.

I was being sold a totally recondition one, new paint, new interior, a/c, cng and engine in 2,35,000 in Karachi.

3 lakh + gets you a MINT 1988 Civic. And I mean MINT ... way better than this car.

Plus its LEFT HAND DRIVE. No one wants a Left Hand Drive car. A reasonable demand would be under 2 lakh.

And yes im very in touch with the market since I was looking around for a car recently.

I dont think so. a good 98 model khyber cost around 3. same model baleno was recently sold on PW for 420,000. kher ur vehicle ur demand. dont mind if we laugh at it.
