Honda City Front Bumper Damage

Salam. Fellow members i really need your help. So my brand new car honda city 2018 only driven 550 kms was involved in an unfortunate accident and the bumper was badly damaged. Theres a long cut and deep scratches. I need suggestions whether i should replace the bumper or if it is possible to get it repaired. Also should i take my car to honda piont or to a local repair shop? I would prefer honda point since the car is brand new but I'm a student so i cant afford to spend a lot. Could you please tell me the minimum estimated charges from honda point and also a local denter. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

If you have insurance replace it.

If not then it can be easy repaired and painted

Repairing can be done. Thai bumper is around 4400 pkr plus 2500-3000 for paint...if u want minimum cost of replacement.

I would suggest to get it repaired and / or painted, preferably not from authorised Honda dealership. They might charge a lot.

And if your ride is insured, get it fully replaced.

Guys i really appreciate all the responses.

What i was thinking was to get it repaired and left half repainted. This would not only save me money but also god forbid future damage wont be that costly. I should mention that the car is not insured. My question is can a decent repair job be done for this kind of damage and how much would it cost (repair and repaint). TIA

Just replaced my bumper today cost me 6800 for bumper and 4k for paint (i had insurance)

For you the best option is to change it but if u want to save some money the repair cost will cost u around 5 to 6k but i dont recomment as its a new ride better change the bumper but its upto u

U have to look for some local workshop as u want to spend less and honda will charge u a lot so dont even think about going to honda if u dont have insurance even if u go they will give u 20 days as they are not taking any booking before 10 june (twin cities dont know about other cities)

Yeah it's repairable.. See your pocket. Don't just go for unnecessary replacements.. I have good bumper repair guys too. We suggest repair if it's doable... If its not we just replace it..

It can be repaired easily and white paint would exactly match the rest of the white. If car not insured, go to a good denting painting workshop (preferably dealing with claim/insured cars) and get it repaired this time. Save your money for replacement of bumper later if needed anytime.
