Honda City 2022 Windscreen

I have honda city 2022 model, my car windscreen got broken due to stone hit while car was parked.

I went to the honda showroom and they have given me estimate of around 63000, 34000 charges for screen and rest of the charges including silicon, labour and moldings.

I have checked the local workshops they asking around 5000 charges including labour, silicon etc with saying that same windscreen molding can be used. so the different is around 26000.

I am thinking to buy a screen from honda and get it fit from the local workshop or should i go for complete fitting from honda.
What do you guys suggest ? Any expert opinions

From which city you are from ?

If from twin cities, then check the price with Madina wind screen. They are wholesalers give at very good prices.
If from Lahore, then Lahore Screen at Montgomery road.
If you are from Karachi, then faisal autos in plaza.

They not only give the wind shields at good price, but they have labour too who fix it nicely.

Buy from honda and get it changed from local installer.

Honda guys dont do any magic. I know this because my car windshield started leaking a year after changing it from Honda 3S.

Just dont buy the screen from market cz high chances they will sell you a copy/fake.

Also important is not to drive the car for 24 hours after windshield change so better get it changed at home.
