Honda city 2022 silencer noise

AoA guys,
I have purchased recently honda city 1.5 aspire CVT. Car has done 1800 KMs. Unfortunately, today I hit the car from bottom on big pothole. There’s no physical damage Alhumdulillah but car is making abnormal sound, probably theres some issue with the silencer. Any help regarding this is much appreciated. JazakAllah

If its a rattling noise you notice at low rpms then it can easily be fixed at any silencer repair shop.

Do tell the city you are in so we can guide you, nothing to worry about it can easily be fixed. What I would suggest is taking a look underneath /take a picture to see if there was any other damage.

Thanks for the reply. I am in lahore city, it happened in front of dream garden, defence road(under construction). They body touched the ground and around 10 people lifted the car from front and pushed back. Sound seems like silencer is leaking or something. Noise is noticeable at 2K rpm

Also, there’s no damage underneath what so ever. I’ll post the pic during day time.

I would suggest getting it checked as soon as possible, from where you can get that done it can be suggested by other members.
If you were in karachi I could have suggested a few places

That's good to hear, most likely a leak or bent pipe. Should be fixed quite easily

Seems like a leak pipe, will get it checked tomorrow iA.

Update: I went to honda ring road, silencer was touching the body, he just pulled it down to the normal position through screw driver. Everything is back to normal Alhumdulillah.
P.S. Honda Ring Road did’nt even charge a single penny.

Glad to know your problem is fixed.

This used to happen in my Vitz alot of times. The cylincer would hit and touch with the Gatri/ cross member.

I have Honda Civic 2007 Reborn, when my car is at low rpm/idle, it makes noice like silencer or any part of it touching the body? pls tell me what will be the isuse?
