Honda city 2018 1.3 automatic fuel efficiency

AOA. I purchased my Honda City from BEST WHEELS in Lahore. Upto 10,000 KMS, the fuel average showed on the display meter as 10.0 km. From 10,000-20,000 KMS, it went from 10.0 to 10.5 km. From 20,000-25,000 KMS, it went from 10.5 to 10.2 km. And now after 25,000 KMS, the fuel average has declined to 9.9 km. I have just had the car tuned. I have replaced Spark Plugs of AGS with Denso. Air Filter has been replaced. The car has been properly tuned. Even the meter has been reset. Fortunately, for a week the average went up to a maximum of 12.0 km for just one week. And now again it has declined to 9.9 km. I drive my car only in Lahore. I hardly use it on the motorways. But even on the motorway the fuel economy is poor.
I always take my car to HONDA after every 5000 KMS for replacement of engine oil and other necessary changes.
What should I do? The Auto Workshop Mechanic(LOCAL) has advised me to get the Oxygen Sensor replaced.
Anyone here who can give a good advice on what should I do to improve the car fuel efficiency. I bought this car because everybody says Honda City gives the best mileage in 1300cc section.

Your car is a 1.3 automatic and will give the lowest efficiency out of all other variants of Citys. Around 10KM/L in city driving is good enough.
Second of all, don’t rely on the display to give you average. Calculate it manually using tank to tank method.

Yes, I have calculated the average manually. It is the same as that on the meter. My friend owns City 1.3 Automatic 2016 which gives him a minimum average of 12.0 km in the city. That is why I posted this question. I think I should move to Corolla GLI Auto or Cultus AGS 2019. Disappointed with Honda.

I own a Honda city 1.3 PT 2018 and it provides a fuel average of 12.5 KM/L ~ 13.5 KM/L within city with AC at RPM around 2000 ~ 2200. However on motorway it provides a fuel average of 18 KM/L at 2000 RPM with AC at a max speed of 90 ~ 95 KM/H.

Tire size is standard 175 / 65 / R15.
Fuel is regular.
Engine Oil: Ravenol (silver pack) 5w~30.
Air filter: Aftermarket.
Plugs: still Original (which came with the vehicle)
ODO reading: 26000 KMs

Don’t even think of changing the oxygen sensor, these “chay” mechanics are making “Chay” of everybody. And secondly you’re getting sufficient average. It’s a 1300cc prosmatec mate.

One of my friends sold their 1.3 Automatic because it was giving him below 10kmpl as well, it is quite normal for such car.
1.3 Manual gives me 13.5kpl with AC and 12.5 if driven in traffic.

Gt your catalytic converter cleaned but don't go to honda dealership for it. They clean it by striking it with a screwdriver and end up damaging it

1.3 Prosmatic is fuel guzzler.

Do not ruin your new car. I've never seen anyone changing plugs and oxygen sensors of their car under 3 years warranty and only 25000 driven.
10 kmpl is maximum you can get from city 1.3 PT.
1.3 MT has good average but PT is fuel killer. Don't get your new vehicle ruined by mechanics.
