No chance bro. They will go up that is for sure IMF team is already here to tell govt. to impose more taxes .. and you know the rest of the story , budget, imports, taxes...etc. : )
BTW, between Picanto or City 2017... definitely go for City, it's 1300cc, tried and tested car, very very well accepted in the market, gives good fuel economy, a blend of both economy and comfort. Picanto however is still not accepted in the market (probably due to it's price bracket), is 1000 cc, and will not be be as comfortable and stable as a 1300 cc sedan.
The only thing is that City is 50,000 km driven vs. Picanto 0 meter ; however, if it is driven with care and you know it's history i don't think engine will do anything bad before 300000 km ... you can't get a better deal than that if you know a used car's history and services performed : )
